Launch of the Cube VR Space in 2017

I am still so glad of the opportunity to be part of The Cube. An office space devoted to the assumption that VR would be the next frontier.

Located in Railtown, the Cube boasted a 6000 square foot floor plan that was designed to support and bolster the growing AR/VR/MR sector in BC

We had 360 filming, virtual home tours, 3D scanning, and even my dream of a Virtual Historical Clothing Museum.

We also had our private Digital Dojo group where we experimented in VR. With Tilt Brush, 3D scanning and trying to simulate our workspace in 3D.

An excellent time, some great co-workers and I was sad to move on.

A central resource for BC's Tech community the Cube was home to over 20 AR/VR/MR companies and hosted community events.

The BC Tech Association closed the Cube facility in Railtown, Vancouver BC on May 17th, 2019
